Hermaion Wealth Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") may receive trail commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the mutual funds invested in by our clients. The trail commission rates vary by the type of mutual fund and may be subject to changes as per the agreements between Hermaion Wealth and the respective AMCs. Below are the typical trail commission ranges for various categories:

• Equity and Hybrid Funds: 0.80% - 1.70% (Year 1), 0.90% - 1.75% (Year 2)

• ELSS (Equity Linked Savings Scheme): 0.80% - 1.75% (Year 1), 0.90% - 1.75% (Year 2)

• Index Funds: 0.10% - 0.60% (Year 1), 0.10% - 0.60% (Year 2)

• Arbitrage Funds: 0.30% - 1.10% (Year 1), 0.30% - 1.10% (Year 2)

• Debt Funds: 0.05% - 1.10% (Year 1), 0.10% - 1.10% (Year 2)

• Liquid Funds: 0.02% - 0.90% (Year 1), 0.02% - 0.90% (Year 2)

Reimbursement and Marketing Activities
In addition to trail commissions, Hermaion Wealth may also receive reimbursements from AMCs for marketing and promotional activities carried out by us on their behalf. These reimbursements are typically event-based and may or may not be received in any given period. As these activities are conducted at the AMC level, the specific reimbursement amounts cannot be attributed to any particular mutual fund scheme.

Relationship Manager Access
Clients can request detailed information regarding scheme-level commissions from their Relationship Manager at Hermaion Wealth. This information is provided on a best-effort basis and is updated as and when the actual rates are received from AMCs.
